Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a passionate and caring Support Worker for The Grove in Ystradgynlais, Swansea. You will help residents with daily living and provide person-centred care.

No experience is required; full training and ongoing support are provided. You will work in a warm, welcoming environment with flexible shift patterns.

Salary is £13.67 per hour; contracts are 17.5 and 21 hours. Shift times are 07:15-14:45 and 14:15-21:45, with the home connected to local amenities.

The home focuses on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, encouraging residents to maintain independence while receiving personalised care.
The home is well-connected to local amenities and community resources, ensuring residents remain engaged with their surroundings.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
