Job summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker for Hollybush House to provide compassionate, person-centred care across a mix of day and night shifts. The role covers personal care, care plan adherence, accurate records, and promoting dignity and inclusion in a supportive team environment.

Hours are 30 per week at £13.45 per hour with shift times 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00; full training and ongoing development opportunities are provided to help you grow in the role.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
