This home offers specialised nursing care for adults with mental health needs, including dementia, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
