Job summary

Prime Life in Brigg is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our friendly team. The role is available on a full or part-time basis at Southfield House, Brigg, caring for residents with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. You will provide dignified support, companionship, and practical assistance to improve daily living.

Training is provided to all new staff. We offer progression opportunities, fully funded DBS, and a generous holiday pay scheme, plus a Refer a Friend bonus

Qualifications

• Patient, respectful and caring towards residents.
• Willing to learn and follow training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve their best quality of life.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents with daily living decisions and activities.
• Help with personal care and mealtimes as needed.
• Promote resident independence in cooking and meals.
• Collaborate with professionals on care plans.
