Affinity Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help two ladies in Costessey live independently with tailored practical and emotional support. You’ll promote wellbeing, independence and choice in daily life and accompany them on activities they enjoy, from cinema trips to local walks.

You will support them to take part in activities they enjoy, including trips to the cinema, bowling, shopping, family visits, walks, and drives in the local community. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and enthusiastic, with a genuine commitment to promoting wellbeing and helping people make the most of everyday life.
