Affinity Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help two ladies in Costessey live independently with tailored practical and emotional support. You’ll promote wellbeing, independence and choice in daily life and accompany them on activities they enjoy, from cinema trips to local walks.

• Full training is provided to start in the role.

Responsabilités

• Support 2 ladies who share a home in Costessey to live independently and enjoy a fulfilling life.
• Provide practical and emotional support tailored to each person’s needs while encouraging choice, dignity and independence.
• Help them take part in activities they enjoy, such as cinema, bowling, shopping, family visits, walks and local drives.
