Job summary

Active Care Group operates Woodland Court in Caterham, a supported living service for up to 29 adults. We are seeking a dedicated support worker to join a friendly multi-site team on a rota including weekends.

You will assist with daily activities, follow care plans, provide personal care, and help with medication if required. DBS check will be required; we value reliability and a positive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• DBS check required.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.

Responsibilities

• Supporting our clients with daily activities.
• Supporting their care plans to establish routine.
• Ensure the client feels safe, and stable within their day to day care.
