Ashdown Care is seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Blaydon. This full-time role offers 42 hours per week on a rolling 2-week rota with day shifts, paying £13.60 per hour. You will support adults with complex care needs, applying person-centred approaches to promote independence and wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support across daily living activities.

• Monitor wellbeing and report concerns to management.
• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
• Support with medication and healthcare appointments.
• Participate in social activities and outings.
