Ashdown Care is seeking a Senior Support Worker in Wreckenton, Gateshead. The role is full-time (46 hours/week) at £13.50 per hour, focusing on person-centred support across social, physical, emotional, and recreational needs.

The role requires an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or PBS experience, with shifts including weekends, nights, and bank holidays. Training and development are emphasised to support growth.

Aufgaben

• Deliver person-centred care and support daily living activities.
• Support with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).

• Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans.
• Support with medication and healthcare appointments.
• Assist with finances and tenancy-related tasks.
