Job summary

Outlook Care is seeking dedicated, compassionate Support Workers to assist residents with learning and physical disabilities with daily living, personal care and participation in social activities at our Barking service.

You will help residents express choices, rights and preferences while maintaining safety and promoting dignity in a warm, person-centred environment. Full training and flexible hours are provided to support your career in care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is desirable.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
