Job summary

Outlook Care in Ilford is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist individuals with learning and physical disabilities with daily living, personal care and participation in leisure, education and social activities.

You will help residents express rights and choices while ensuring high standards of care, aligned with Outlook Care policies and CQC Principles. DBS check required; vaccination encouraged; right to work documentation required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a warm, caring environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Good standard of written, verbal and numeracy skills.
• Good basic IT skills.
• Relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
