Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in Kidlington, Oxfordshire. You will build friendly relationships and promote independence, wellbeing and life skills through personalized support and community involvement.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided, including options for NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Various shifts including weekends are available.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Experience in care or support work welcomed but not essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is available through training during employment.

Responsabilités

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs in Kidlington and surrounding areas.
• Build positive relationships and encourage independent living.
• Help develop life skills, pursue interests and maintain friendships.
• Provide daily living assistance and personal care when needed.
