Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Loughborough to empower individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. You will tailor daily support, encourage independence, and help people build confidence while creating meaningful connections within the community.

Training is provided, including NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Must hold a full UK driving license (manual or automatic).

Qualifications

• Full UK Manual or Automatic Driving License is essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred/required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Tailor support to each person’s daily needs and goals.
• Empower people to make their own choices.
• Encourage independence through everyday tasks.
