Sense Scotland in Coatbridge provides 24/7 housing support services for individuals with deafblind and complex needs. The role involves flexible shifts including early, late, night, and occasional long days, with some sleepover duties paid at the normal hourly rate.
Applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence for a driver-essential post, be flexible to meet service needs, and note there is no visa sponsorship available.
Our Coatbridge Housing Support Service offers a vibrant and dynamic work environment, where no two days are the same. We are a passionate team dedicated to providing exceptional, person-centred care to individuals who are primarily deafblind and have diverse, complex support needs, including non-verbal communication.
Our Coatbridge Service operates 24/7, with a variety of shifts, including early shifts (07:30-14:45), late shifts (14:45-22:00), as well as occasional long day shifts (07.30-22:00). There is a designated nightshift team but you may be asked to cover some sleepover duties to ensure round-the-clock support. Please note: Sleepovers are paid at normal hourly rate.
