Job summary

Fair Deal in Glasgow is seeking Support Workers to help people live independently in the Glasgow South area. You will provide person-centred support across daily life, promoting wellbeing and community participation.

You will work a variety of shifts, including day, evening and weekends; driving licence preferred. Visa sponsorship is not offered at this time.

Fair Deal is a social care organisation based in Glasgow currently recruiting Support Workers to work in the Glasgow South area.

As a Support Worker, you will enable individuals to live as independently as possible, providing person-centred support across all areas of daily life. You will play an active role in helping people achieve their goals, maintain their wellbeing, and participate fully in their community.

Your responsibilities may include providing personal care, supporting with medication management, household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, assisting with budgeting and financial tasks, and promoting social inclusion through meaningful activities and opportunities.

We are passionate about providing the people we support with the opportunity to live as independently as possible with greater choice and control.

We are currently recruiting for both full time and part time positions

• 16-35 hours per week
• Sleepover – dependent on role

The Support Worker Role:

You will be required to work a variety of shifts including day / evening / sleepover and weekends.
