Job summary

M&D Care is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support adults with complex needs across its specialist residential services in South Wales. You will help residents with daily living, promote independence, and participate in activities that enhance quality of life in a caring home environment.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; we value the right values and commitment. A rota including weekends is expected, and driving is often necessary.

What You will Be Doing

Every day will be different, but your role may include:

• Supporting people with daily living activities

• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Essential

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work flexibly across a rota including weekends

• Previous experience working within care or support services
• QCF Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care qualification
• Experience supporting people with complex needs, autism or learning disabilities
