Job summary

Active Care Group in Caterham, Surrey, seeks a part-time Support Worker at Fir Tree Lodge to assist residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. Role involves 24 or 18 hours per week on a rota including every other weekend, with a pro rata salary of £29,214.68 FTE per year.

Based at Fir Tree Lodge, you will support daily activities, personal care and medication administration if required, while contributing to safe, supportive routines and care plans. DBS check required.

The Service is made up of 6 self-contained flats that are spacious and furnished to a high specification, with well equipped kitchens and a living/dining areas. The flats have been fully refurbished and renovated to meet the needs of residents who have various physical and complex needs.
