Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals in Warrington live independently and achieve their goals. You will join a caring team, receive wellbeing support, and access ongoing development opportunities throughout your career.

The role involves flexible shifts across 24-hour support, travel between two services, and responsibilities including personal care, daily living tasks, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not required; training and support are provided.
• Flexibility to travel between two services in the Warrington area.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living tasks and personal care
• Assist with moving and handling where required
• Help with shopping, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Support people to access their local community and social activities
• Encourage independence, choice and decision-making
• Promote wellbeing and positive relationships with family and friends
• Administer medication and follow support plans
• Provide reassurance, encouragement and emotional support
