Avalon Group in Harrogate is opening a brand-new supported living service and is seeking caring, motivated people to join as Support Workers. This role includes helping with personal care, daily living skills, finances, and may involve medication administration.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required for work purposes. Experience with autism or mental health support is desirable, and knowledge of British Sign Language is highly desirable to improve communication

Formación

• Full UK Driving Licence is required with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
• Experience with mental health or autism support is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-centred support to individuals, helping with daily living skills and personal care.
• Assist with finances and administer medication as required.
• Support individuals to live the life they choose in a new service across Harrogate.
