Job summary

Avalon Group in Northallerton is seeking caring, motivated people to join our Supported Living and day services. You will help individuals with personal care, daily living skills and support them to live fulfilling lives.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are desirable but not essential. Our in‑house training team will support you to gain the skills you need, with shifts including days, evenings, weekends and sleepovers.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle are desirable.
• Willingness to learn through in-house training.
• Able to support personal care and daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
• Support individuals to live independently and participate in activities.
• Assist with finances and medication administration if required.
