Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Bilberry Lodge in Rishton, Lancashire. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with night shifts available and a pro rata salary of £25,400.16 per year.

You will build relationships, support rehabilitation, communicate with residents, assist with daily living, and report to the clinical team. DBS check required; disability-friendly recruitment is a priority.
