Job summary

Lifeways Group in Colchester recruits compassionate and proactive Support Workers to join our team, supporting people with complex needs. Salary £12.71/hour; full-time (37.5 hours per week); rota-based shifts 7:30am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–10:00pm across weekdays and weekends.

You’ll help people live more independently at home and in the community, through personal care, meal planning, household tasks, activities, and building confidence.

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–10:00pm (rota-based across weekdays and weekends)

About The Role

You’ll be supporting individuals with:

• Acquired brain injuries
• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Mental health conditions

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Please note: You will be working on a rota basis, and shift patterns are assigned—you will not be able to select your own shifts.
