Priory Eden House in Mill Hill, North London, invites applicants for a Bank/Casual Support Worker to join our 18-bed residential service specialising in addiction therapy. The role pays £12.71 per hour and is part of the Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers department.

You will join a compassionate team, support with care requirements, maintenance, and daily tasks, and help ensure a positive experience for residents in a supportive community setting.

Competenze

• NVQ2 in Health & Social Care or related area is required.
• Experience in a related environment is desirable.

Mansioni

• Ensure that the people who use our service have any needs or requirements met.
• Provide support with daily living tasks and participation in activities to help users achieve their outcomes.
• Complete daily administration including updating person-centred supports and care plans, updating charts and daily notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with people who use the service, their family, colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and ensure the service is well organised and spaces are looked after.

Eden house has an opportunity for a support worker to join our team. We are a 18-bed residential service specialising in addiction therapy.

Eden House, part of Priory, is an affordable, 18-bed residential service in Mill Hill, North London. It is home to Flourish – our pioneering therapy‑led addiction programme – offering bespoke treatment for a wide range of addictions in a calm, homely environment.

Set within a supportive community, Eden House provides a safe haven away from the stresses of daily life, forming part of our wider network of residential addiction treatment homes across the UK.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the service. Whether you're assisting with day‑to‑day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

• Ensure that the people who use our service have any needs or requirements met;
• including participation in activities and support with daily living tasks. To support people
• who use our service in achieving their outcomes in the way that they choose.
• Complete daily administration including updating person centred support & care plans,
• updating charts and completing accurate daily notes.
• Maintains professional relationships whilst developing a good rapport with the people
• who use our service, their family, colleagues, visitors and other stakeholders.
