Advance Housing & Support Ltd in London is seeking a Female Casual Support Worker to assist people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in Hackney. You will help with personal care, meals, appointments, daily living skills and community activities.

The role offers flexible hours, full training and real opportunities to progress within Advance. You will join a values-driven team committed to safeguarding and supporting customers to live the lives they choose.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values, passion and determination matter.
• Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate.
• Ability to follow a Support Plan and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required).
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities.
• Support with independent skills.
• Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required.
• Keeping up to date with your training.
• Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night.
• Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required).
• Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety.
