Job summary

Shaw healthcare’s Hillside Lodge in Pulborough, West Sussex is a modern 60-bed care home offering 24-hour nursing. We are seeking a Day Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred care on a 24 and 36 hour per week rota with shifting patterns.

You will help residents with daily tasks, maintain accurate care documentation, and work as part of a supportive team. Full training is provided, and benefits reflect our Employee-Owned ethos.

Qualifications

• Record keeping and communication with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

Day Support Worker at Hillside Lodge

Salary: £13.80 per hour

Hours: 24hrs and 36hrs p/w

Shift Times: Mixture of 6 and 12 hour shifts on 4 weekly rota (07:45-14:15, 13:45-20:15 or 07:45- 20:15) includes alternative weekends

Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.
