Job summary

Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Support Worker at The Grove Care Home, Ynyscedwyn Rd, Ystradgynlais, Swansea. Salary £13.67 per hour; Days shifts available (14 hours) with times 07:15-14:45 and 14:15-21:45.

No experience required; full training provided. The Grove is a 30-bed home offering residential care in landscaped surroundings, part of Shaw healthcare’s employee-owned group.

The Grove is a 30-bed care home located in Ystradgynlais, near Swansea, specialising in residential care. The facility is set within extensive, landscaped gardens, providing a serene environment for residents.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
