Shaw Healthcare seeks a Night Support Worker for Glebe House in Southbourne. The role offers 33 hours of night work or 36 hours days per week, at £13.80 per hour, with 12-hour shifts and a 4-week rotating rota.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided to support your development within a modern care home environment. Located in Southbourne near Chichester, Glebe House provides 40 residential places in a well-equipped setting.

Salary: £13.80 per hour
Hours: 33hrs nights or 36hrs days per week available
Shift Times: Flexible on 4 week Rota, 12hr shifts either days 07:45-20:15 or nights 20:00-08:00 - requirement to work alternative weekends

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
