Keys Group is recruiting a Support Worker (Maternity Cover) in Weston-super-Mare, 35 hours per week. You will support residents at Ashcombe Court with daily activities, healthcare needs and personal care, helping promote independence and wellbeing in a friendly, supportive team.

Full training is provided and DBS checks are supported. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, paid induction, pension and progression opportunities within a values-driven environment.

• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

About Ashcombe Court

Ashcombe Court supports an 8 bedded home for Mental health, Autism, Acquire Brain injury and Learning disabilities as well as support with everyday living skills like shopping, cleaning and cooking our staff support people to have fun and make every day the best it can be for each person.

As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.

• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
