Job summary

Keys Group in Thatcham is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist adults with daily living tasks and promote independence. You will participate in day-to-day routines, help with personal care, accompany appointments and support health needs, while encouraging skills through hobbies and budgeting.

The role offers hourly pay of £13.45–£14.15, a 37.5 hour week, and access to DBS paid by employer, paid induction and ongoing training, plus a range of employee benefits designed to support

ROLE: Support Worker

SALARY: £13.45 - £14.15* per hour

HOURS: 37.5 hours a week

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
