An established industry player is seeking a compassionate Support Worker/Carer to join their dedicated team in Gateshead. This role involves empowering individuals with diverse needs, including learning disabilities and mental health support, to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives. About The Role
We are recruiting a Support Worker/Carer in Gateshead to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of time in their own homes.
Position: Support Worker/Carer (Supported Living)
Location: Gateshead (NE11 postcode)
Hours: 40 hours per week, a mixture of day and night shifts (12 hours) and sleep ins.
Due to the service being a 3:1 support, it is preferable that you have experience with challenging behaviors and complex needs.
