Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Female support worker to join our dedicated team in Gorseinon, Swansea. In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community - so that they can live good lives.

You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.

We are three ladies in a shared house. We are looking for a support worker who is patient, encouraging, and able to build positive relationships. You will support us in a way that promotes choice, independence, and wellbeing, while helping us achieve our personal goals and enjoy meaningful experiences.

As a Support Worker, you will:

• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.

• Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.

• Work alongside professionals such as social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure people receive the best support.

• Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
