Mirus in Swansea is seeking a part-time Support Worker to help people with autism and learning disabilities live good lives within a caring, home-like setting. The role includes medication administration, personal care, and assisting with domestic duties in a 4-bedroom supported living home.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence, community involvement, and person-centred planning while upholding the values of voice, choice, and control.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time support worker to join our dedicated team in Swansea. We have a 16 hour contract available.
In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.
You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role.
We are a 4-bedroom supported living home currently supporting 2 individuals with Autism and Learning difficulties, we work in a Person-centred way to create a homely environment where people can be independent and live in an environment tailored to suit their needs. This Role entails supporting with domestic duties, Medication administration and Personal care along with actively supporting Individuals in their home and out in the community.
