Lancum House in Wellingborough invites applications for a passionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care to residents, including those with dementia, at a purpose-built 43-bed home. The role covers daily living support, dignity, and inclusion, working within a dedicated team to create a warm, safe environment.

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan

Job description

Location: Bush Close, Hardwick Road, Wellingborough NN8 3GL

Salary: £13.57 per hour

Hours: 30 hours a week - days

Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm

Lancum House is a purpose built 43 bed residential care home providing care for older people including people with dementia. It is situated in Wellingborough, Northants. Lancum House has a wide internal ‘street’, where there are various facilities including a shop and a hairdresser salon.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
