Voyage Care in Wrexham is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain independence and participate in daily activities. Expect varied shifts, including daytime work and sleep-ins, in a friendly supported-living environment.

You will assist with personal care, encourage community involvement, and support clients to achieve personal goals, such as cooking meals or going out. Full UK manual driving licence required and training provided.

Support Worker – Wrexham - £13.45 per hour and £58.75 per sleep in

Typical Shifts; are Varied long days with sleep ins

Our supported living service in Wrexham is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.
