Job summary

Voyage Care Welshpool is seeking genuinely caring, hands-on Support Workers to enhance the quality of life for the people we support. You will help individuals gain more independence in daily life, working within a dynamic team to provide compassionate care.

Typical shifts are mornings 08:00-15:00 and afternoons 15:00-22:00, with nights and sleeps-ins covered when needed. Benefits include enhanced pay, overtime rates, DBS checks, and a flexible pay option via Stream.

Job description

Support Worker – Welshpool - £13.45 ph

Typical Shifts are: Mornings 08:00-15:00 & Afternoons 15:00-22:00 (nights and sleeps ins to be covered when needed)

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Welshpool is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
