Voyage Care in Wormelow is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals live more independently in a residential setting. You will work within a small team on rota shifts, providing personal care, encouraging daily living skills, and supporting people to achieve their goals.

Support Worker - Wormelow - £12.84 ph

Typical Shifts are on a Rota: 8am - 15:00 and 15:00 - 22:00 Monday to Sunday including alternate weekends

**UK Manual Driving License preferred for this role**

Our residential service in Wormelow, Hereford is a converted coach house and stables, it has plenty of character which matches the people we support fantastically. It has a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills and assisting with personal care.
