Job summary

Community Integrated Care is looking for caring individuals to support adults aged 18–60 with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. You’ll help with daily activities, health support, meals, and community engagement across local settings.

We value independence, new skills, and meaningful experiences. The role requires adaptability, positive attitude, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including sleep-in duties, with part-time contracts

Job description

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker Team, you will be responsible for supporting adults aged 18 to 60 with a wide range of support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and physical disabilities. We value independence, developing new skills, and enjoying meaningful experiences in our local community and beyond.

We enjoy going out for meals, visiting the pub, doing arts and crafts, exploring new places, and taking part in volunteering opportunities such as large sporting events. At home, we spend time together in our communal lounge watching films, listening to music, and socialising. Every day is different, so staff need to be adaptable, positive, and ready for a variety of activities.

Our Shifts: 8am-8pm or 8am-10pm, plus sleep in shifts, you must be able to do sleeps

Contract: 4 x Part time positions

Driving License: No
