Community Integrated Care urgently seeks caring Support Workers in the United Kingdom. You will assist five individuals daily with personal care, medication administration, household tasks, and social activities, adapting to each person’s unique needs.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.
Shift Requirement: We are currently recruiting for day shifts only.
Contract: We can offer a permanent contract for 36 hours.
