We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care, to join us at Cygnet.
You will be working 42 hours a week, 8am to 8pm, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Warrington Road, one of our Supported Living Services based in Wigan.
***The successful candidate MUST be able to speak Punjabi and/or Urdu due to the communication needs of a potential placement***
We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviors that challenge. Individuals are supported to hold their own tenancy agreement with a registered housing association. Those interested in living here may have previously been detained within a hospital setting and are now ready for a step-down placement within their local community.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
