Salvation Army Homes are seeking a night shift support worker to provide trauma-informed support to young people aged 16-30 across North Somerset. The role includes 13 hours per week plus overnight sleep-in shifts on a rolling rota, with lone-working hours and travel between sites as required.

Our Graham House service is Ofsted registered and provides 24/7 support to 10 young people 16+. We support young people to strive for independence through tenancy training, education and employment in partnership with social care. Our support is tailored to individual needs and risks and our team share a passion for making a difference in young peoples life journeys.
Our support worker (nights) work as part of our wider team to offer trauma informed support to young people from 16-30 across our young people accommodation services in North Somerset.
Working covering 13 support hours per week leading into 2 overnight sleep in shifts on a rolling rota.
As part of a wider service in North Somerset,which includes young parents and Unaccompanied Asylum Seeker Children our staff work across all services offering out of hours support to those buildings not staffed 24/7.
This role is based within our North Somerset Services and includes an overnight sleep-in shift which is paid an hourly sleep-in rate in addition to contracted support hours.
The role will include lone working hours. T he role is required to cover hours as per the following 4 week rolling rota
Week 1: Saturday 4.30pm-11pm + sleep in until 8 am,SundayHandover 8-8.30am4.30pm -11pm + sleep in until,Monday Handover 8-8.30am
