Salvation Army Homes is seeking a dedicated Night Concierge to provide a waking, overnight on-site presence at The Limes, Longsight, Manchester. You will help ensure the safety and wellbeing of 26 young men aged 18-25, aligning with the charity’s values and transforming lives through supportive, proactive engagement.
The role involves building relationships with residents, de-escalating conflicts, and safeguarding the building during 10pm–8am shifts on a 4-on/4-off rota.
We are looking for a Night Concierge worker to provide a waking, overnight on-site presence in the Service, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of 26 young men aged 18-25 years old.
You will instinctively work in a manner that aligns fully with Salvations Army Homes values and behaviours, demonstrating energy and passion, along with a positive can-do attitude in your contribution as a night concierge to transforming lives.
