Job summary

SCN Recruitment is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker for a rural home in Tuxford (NG22). You will provide nurturing, structured care to children with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them build routines and independence.

The role offers clear career progression as the home grows, comprehensive training and supportive management in a peaceful countryside setting. A Full UK driving licence is preferred; NVQ3 is optional.

Qualifications

Established Home

An established children’s home in Tuxford is recruiting a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a highly child‑focused team. The home currently supports three children and is growing to four, offering a nurturing, rural environment where young people can feel safe, valued and supported.

This beautiful countryside home provides a stable, therapeutic setting with a passionate management team who prioritise emotional safety, consistency and child‑centred practice. With planned expansion already underway, we offer excellent career development for both Support Workers and Senior Support Workers.
