Job summary

Community Integrated Care in Scotland is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our warm, award-winning charity. You will support six individuals living independently in their own bungalows in Tullibody, providing person-centered care with patience and compassion.

The role includes medication administration, cooking, personal care and home maintenance, with shifts including days, evenings and waking nights. We offer guaranteed hours, a supportive team, and ongoing training.

We're recruiting experienced Support Workers with complex care knowledge to join our warm, dedicated team at our award-winning charity.

In this role you'll be supporting six individuals who live independently in their own purpose-built bungalows in Tullibody.

For some of the people we support, this is their first time living in their own home, so patience, compassion and understanding are essential as they settle into this exciting new chapter of their lives.

About The People You’ll Support

The individuals we support live with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and hearing or visual impairments. They've faced challenges in the past, but that hasn't stopped them from enjoying life to the fullest.

Your Role

You’ll Be Part Of a Highly Supportive, Knowledgeable Staff Team Who Are Committed To Delivering Excellent, Person-centered Care. Alongside Encouraging Independence And Fun, You’ll Also Provide Practical Support With

  • Personal care
  • Maintaining the home and supporting with finances
We're recruiting for:
  • Full time role (36 hours per week)
  • Roles include some weekend work and waking nights
  • Bank roles are also available if you're looking for flexibility

We are offering the following shift patterns of Waking night shifts: 8pm - 8am and Day shifts: 8am - 8pm. These shift patterns help ensure the safety, comfort and continuity of care for the people we support.

Additional Information
  • A UK driving licence isn’t essential, but it would be an advantage
