Position: Residential Support Worker - Tiverton [SYS-16748]

Salary and Benefits

£12.69 - £13.31 per hour (depending on experience) + £30 sleep rate (where required).

Role Overview

You will be fundamental to the development of young people aged 8-18 from diverse backgrounds with varying needs. Your daily activities include ensuring they are prepared for the day, supporting their routines, and engaging in meaningful activities during evenings and weekends, such as games or outings. While paperwork and planning are part of the role, supporting our young people is rewarding and impactful.
