Job summary

CYGNET is recruiting for dedicated support workers at Hollyhurst to join a team providing care to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours. Shift patterns include 8am–8pm and 8pm–8am on a rolling rota, with 42 hours per week and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Willing to work 42 hours per week on rolling rota.
• Enhanced DBS check will be required.
• Able to provide physical & emotional support in adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for residents.
• Offer guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn individual needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs.
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard residents and maintain a safe, clean environment.
