Job summary

Home Group is seeking a caring and proactive individual to help customers live independently in a supportive environment. You will assist with daily tasks, promote independence and celebrate small achievements, while fostering a safe, respectful space for every resident.

Applicants should bring compassion, listening skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A Level 2 Diploma in Care or willingness to study toward it is preferred.

The practical bits

• You’ll work on a rota covering seven days a week, with weekend shifts shared equally across the team.
• You'll typically work 7.5-hour shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm.
• All of our customer's are based within Middlesbrough.
• You need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay)
