Job summary

Nurseplus is seeking experienced Residential Support Workers to provide dedicated care for children and young people with complex needs in Croydon. You will work as part of a specialist team, supporting emotional wellbeing and safety in a residential setting.

Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or Level 2 while working towards it) or have significant direct experience with high-need young people, including PBS knowledge and skills in risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs in residential settings.
• Experience in mental health or CAMHS settings.
• Knowledge of self-harm and suicide risk, ligature risk management, and autism spectrum conditions.
