Job summary

Nurseplus is actively recruiting Support Workers to provide compassionate care across a range of settings in the social care sector. You will support service users with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship, following care plans to promote independence and dignity.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to enable flexible shifts. We offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, industry-leading training, and development opportunities including NVQ levels 2 and 3, plus Blue Light

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
• Minimum 6 months experience working in Care in the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a Support Worker may include assisting service users with personal care, safe lifting and moving, administering medication, meal preparation, and providing general companionship. You'll work closely with care plans to ensure individuals maintain independence and dignity, providing the physical and emotional support that they might need to achieve their goals.

What We're Looking For

• You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• Have a minimum 6 months experience working in Care in the UK.
• Flexibility in your availability.
• Full UK Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Ideally CPI/De-escalation Training.
• A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
• A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
