Job summary

Nurseplus UK Ltd is seeking an Experienced Childrens Residential Support Worker (CRSW) to make a difference every day. You will work with children and young people in care, building positive relationships and safeguarding them while supporting daily activities.

The role requires 22+, UK work rights, a driving licence, DBS on update service, and flexibility to travel between settings. You will communicate clearly in English and contribute to a compassionate, team-based care environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 22+ years old and right to work in the UK.
• At least 6 months of UK-based paid experience in healthcare.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Flexibility to travel to different care settings.
• Good standard of English and ability to communicate effectively.
• Clear enhanced DBS on the update service.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with children and young people in care, putting them at the centre of everything you do, and safeguarding them.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, some requiring high levels of supervision and support.
• Assist with the care of our children and young people, supporting them in activities, hobbies and educational pursuits.

As a CRSW, you'll be providing high-quality care across a range of settings, from Childrens Residential to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and more complex care needs. You'll become part of a compassionate team where every contribution counts.

What We're Looking For

• You must be over 22 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
