National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Chosen Care, Chosen Court to help adults with learning disabilities and complex needs live independently and with dignity.
You will build trusting relationships, support daily tasks, personal care, meals, medication, and accompany clients on activities, while promoting choice and wellbeing.

Salary: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Full Time & Part Time
